We have successfully transitioned over to Daikin's operating system and are fully functional to serve all of your needs. Thank you very much for your continued patience and cooperation as we optimize our new environment!

Please feel free to contact your branch about any returns or warranty claims that you need to process. We will be happy to assist you with these requests.
Online account access, through Billtrust, to your invoices and statements should be working normally. You will be able to log into your account as usual and review invoices, statements and make payments online. If you have any difficulty logging in or accessing your invoices, please contact your branch or salesperson.
The web store and mobile shopping app are temporarily unavailable. We are working to launch a new web store and mobile shopping solution for you as soon as possible. We will send new links and login credentials to users when online tools are available.
To place an order in the meantime, please reach out to your salesperson or call/visit one of our branches.

Effective November 30, 2023, HVACLove.com and our mobile shopping app (OE Touch) will no longer be active. To place an order, please contact your local branch. A new web store and mobile shopping app will launch as quickly as possible after a successful transition. We will be in touch with all active HVACLove.com customers with their new credentials. We are transitioning over to Daikin's operating system on December 4, 2023. We've been working on this move for some time with particular focus on making the transition as smooth as possible for you. Rest assured that all of your favorite brands and lines will still be fully stocked and carried, including our hydronics, plumbing and electrical lines. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition!
We will not be able to accept any returns or warranty claims after Friday, Nov 17, 2023.
Please hold on to these items until the migration is complete. Your local branch will help you process them in the new system after December 4, 2023.
